attraverso cui fuoriescono rocce fuse (magma), ceneri e gas.<\/p>\n<p>I vulcani possono essere attivi o inattivi.<\/p>\n<p>I vulcani attivi possono essere sommariamente suddivisi in due tipi:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Vulcani esplosivi<\/strong>: danno luogo a grandi esplosioni che possono distruggere parzialmente l\u2019apparato vulcanico stesso, proiettare in atmosfera alte colonne di materiali rocciosi (detriti di roccia, blocchi di roccia, ceneri, vapore ecc.) che poi ricadono lungo i versanti del vulcano, cos\u00ec come generare colate di lava, fango e detriti lungo i versanti del vulcano, terremoti ed emissioni di gas nocivi.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Vulcani effusivi<\/strong>: possono dar luogo a lente colate di lava, piccole esplosioni, deformazioni del terreno, fontane di lava, emissioni di gas e vapori ecc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7e4ef8f risultato dell\u2019espansione di gas all\u2019interno di lava viscosa o dell\u2019ingresso di acqua all\u2019interno di una camera magmatica o di un canale magmatico. Una volta raggiunta la superficie, la sua temperatura pu\u00f2 variare da 700\u00b0C a 1200 \u00b0C e la sua densit\u00e0 da 2300 kg\/m<sup>3<\/sup>\u00a0a 2700 kg\/m<sup>3<\/sup>. La viscosit\u00e0 \u00e8 il comportamento che il magma manifesta durante il suo fluire (alta viscosit\u00e0 corrisponde a basse velocit\u00e0 di flusso; bassa viscosit\u00e0 corrisponde ad alte velocit\u00e0 di flusso) e dipende dalla sua composizione chimica. Magmi con alto contenuto di minerali silicei e gas e con basse quantit\u00e0 di ferro e magnesio danno origine a lave molto viscose (rioliti). In queste zone i magmi sono in genere basaltici (ad esempio lungo la dorsale medio-atlantica);<\/li>\n<li>Placche convergenti: la collisione ed il sovrascorrimento delle placche genera forti pressioni e temperature, capaci di fondere le rocce e dare origine ai vulcani pi\u00f9 pericolosi del mondo. Le ceneri vulcaniche sono molto dannose per l\u2019ambiente circostante il vulcano: a causa di piogge di ceneri molto abbondanti, le persone e gli animali possono morire per mancanza di ossigeno e case e palazzi possono crollare. Si possono prevenire le eruzioni vulcaniche?<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-1329\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"9\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1329\"><p>\t\t<div data-elementor-type=\"wp-post\" data-elementor-id=\"8270\" class=\"elementor elementor-8270 elementor-1480\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-section-wrap\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<section class=\"has_eae_slider elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-440022d elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"440022d\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-row\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"has_eae_slider elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-25db8a7\" data-id=\"25db8a7\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9c46180 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9c46180\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\">\n\t\t\t\t<p>Ovviamente, non si pu\u00f2 prevenire una forza naturale cos\u00ec incredibile quale un\u2019eruzione vulcanica.<\/p>\n<p>Nonostante questo, si pu\u00f2 prevenire il rischio vulcanico, attraverso:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Misure strutturali<\/em>: comprendono muri protettivi, barriere, canali per deviare il corso della lava e delle colate di fango lontano da aree abitate, infrastrutture e luoghi industriali ed agricoli, il rafforzamento dei tetti per sopportare il peso delle ceneri ecc.<\/li>\n<li><em>Misure non-strutturali<\/em>: si basano su attivit\u00e0 di monitoraggio dei vulcani, su politiche di gestione del territorio finalizzate alla riduzione del rischio per la popolazione, nonch\u00e9 su campagne di informazione ed educazione.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Dato che il rischio aumenta con pi\u00f9 si \u00e8 prossimi al vulcano, le comunit\u00e0 locali devono decidere, in primo luogo, quale livello di rischio sia accettabile per le loro scelte di sviluppo urbanistico. Tutte le risorse vengono impiegate in un piano comprensivo da attivarsi in caso di un\u2019emergenza: scienziati, autorit\u00e0, rappresentanti della comunit\u00e0, media, forze d\u2019intervento ed organizzazioni (ad esempio le squadre di Protezione Civile, la polizia, i volontari ecc.), organizzazioni e strutture sanitarie, settore privato ecc. Cosa si deve fare in caso di eruzione vulcanica?<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-13211\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"11\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-13211\"><p>\t\t<div data-elementor-type=\"wp-post\" data-elementor-id=\"8274\" class=\"elementor elementor-8274 elementor-1507\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-section-wrap\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<section class=\"has_eae_slider elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-d214bc6 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"d214bc6\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-row\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"has_eae_slider elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-e77a976\" data-id=\"e77a976\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8121211 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8121211\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\">\n\t\t\t\t<p>Una prima regola essenziale \u00e8 conoscere la storia delle eruzioni vulcaniche nella tua zona: molto spesso, le persone non sanno nemmeno di vivere in un\u2019area a rischio, sebbene tale conoscenza costituisca la prima misura di protezione per loro.<\/p>\n<p>Occorre ricordare che la pericolosit\u00e0 vulcanica pu\u00f2 causare altre pericolosit\u00e0 quali terremoti, esplosioni, ondate e colate piroclastiche,\u00a0<em>tefra<\/em>, ceneri e gas vulcanici, colate di lava, colate di fango (<em>lahar<\/em>), valanghe di detrito, frane, vasti incendi e maremoti.<\/p>\n<p>Se vivi in un\u2019area vulcanica devi:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><em>Prima di un\u2019eruzione vulcanica<\/em>:\n<ul>\n<li>mantenerti lontano da un vulcano attivo<\/li>\n<li>essere a conoscenza dei piani d\u2019emergenza istituiti dalle autorit\u00e0 locali e nazionali<\/li>\n<li>se vivi vicino ad un vulcano, attivo o quiescente, essere pronto ad evacuare subito dopo l\u2019allerta.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><em>Durante un\u2019eruzione vulcanica<\/em>:\n<ul>\n<li>seguire l\u2019ordine d\u2019evacuazione emanato dalle autorit\u00e0 ed evacuare immediatamente dall\u2019area vulcanica al fine di evitare l\u2019impatto con detriti aerei, gas ad alte temperature, esplosioni e flussi di lava<\/li>\n<li>verificare che non vi sia qualcuno che necessiti di speciale assistenza (ad esempio bambini, persone anziane, persone con disabilit\u00e0, persone ferite ecc.)<\/li>\n<li>fare attenzione a colate di fango e frane in prossimit\u00e0 di corsi d\u2019acqua, specialmente in caso di precipitazioni abbondanti e prolungate. Dato che le colate di fango possono spostarsi con grandi velocit\u00e0, non attraversare ponti o canali se vedi che una colata di fango si sta avvicinando.
