Secondary schools from the member States of the European and Mediterranean Major Hazards Agreement are invited to take part in the sixth International online competition on “Better knowledge against disasters” scheduled for 23 February 2024 at 09.00 CET.
The schools are invited from 22 November 2023 to register for this “Olympiad” which will offer students a chance to strengthen their knowledge on natural and technological hazards, vulnerability-related topics and the associated preventive measures that they could face inside or outside of school. The aim is also to promote adequate behaviour in risk situations and in order to reduce the potential impact of disasters.
